Answer: Clear all items off the floor, store open food away, and cover any indoor fish tanks.

7-Day Vacuum Ban: Make sure your initial vacuuming is thorough. Don’t vacuum, mop, or deeply clean your floors for 7 days post-treatment so the residual product stays strong during the key knock-down window.
Floor & Bed Prep: Pick up all toys, clothes, and loose items from the floor. Clear out areas under beds and couches, as we apply residual treatments to all floor surfaces and bed bases.
Kitchen & Pets: Place all fruit bowls, pet dishes, and open food packets inside closed pantry cupboards. Securely cover any indoor fish tanks or pet cages to protect them from stray mist drift.

What are the family and pet safety rules during a professional flea treatment?

Answer: All family members, children, and household pets must completely vacate the house for a minimum of 5 hours starting at your scheduled appointment time.

5-Hour Safety Window: Because flea control requires a comprehensive liquid application across all indoor carpets, everyone must leave for 5 hours to allow the floors to dry completely.
